Refusal to re-pay money loans to Plaintiff: Apparently Defendant was continually experiencing Financial problems. Plaintiff loaned defendant monies to aid him with his financial hardships. Defendant then arrogantly refused to re-pay any of the monies loaned. Plaintiff was damaged due to actions of Defendant Anthony Visceglia.
