Page (3) Complaint: Rapacchiano Vs. Visceglia: Publishing deliberate and False statements about Plaintiff. Defendant had a My Space Blog in which he published daily Journals. In addition: Defendant Visceglia, posted a message on 4/17/06, on the forum The Law.Com. Defendant posted message within minutes after Plaintiff telephoned the defendant requesting once again re-payment of long over due loan. Defendant Felice Anthony Visceglia posted the message "Using Plaintiff name" at exactly 10:39 am (est). Mr. Visceglia was at his place of work when the message was posted.









Page (4) Complaint:Anthony Visceglia: Defamation: Explains "Breach of Contract" by Defendant. Refusal to re-pay money loans to Plaintiff: Apparently Defendant was continually experiencing Financial problems. Plaintiff loaned defendant monies to aid him with his financial hardships. Defendant then arrogantly refused to re-pay any of the monies loaned. Plaintiff was damaged due to actions of Defendant Anthony Visceglia.

Defendant can not claim that they were not served.
